Thank God For His Mercies

Every day is a day to thank God for His mercies. We refer to them as ordinary things or little things; but without Gods Mercy and Grace we would perish.

I want to thank all of you for the prayers and visits, cards and e-mails through my two hospital stays and stent placements. You were truly a blessing and an encouragement for Bonnie and me. We praise God for all of you.

Psalm 34:2-4 2My soul will boast in the LORD; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. 3Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt His name together. 4 I sought the LORD, and He answered me; He delivered me from all my fears.

Let us praise Him, in fact, for everything that we receive from His generous hand, for although we deserve little, He provides an abundance of everything.

We are hoping to leave for Ghana on Dec 27th by God’s Grace. This will be our first Christmas in the states for 3 years and we are very happy about that even if it took a heart attack to keep us here. Our God is so faithful.

God's redeeming love toward the ones He has chosen alone is enough to praise Him for. We have been redeemed from our sin by His blood that He gave freely. We are no longer slaves, but children of the living God, and can anticipate the time when we will be presented before the throne without spot or wrinkle or any such thing. Today I choose to be a blessing to someone.

In Jesus' Name

Bob

Psalm 103:1 "Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name."
